Accelerated Interdisciplinary Intermediate Academy
Accelerated Interdisciplinary Intermediate Academy was founded by Kevin Hicks and Dr. David C. Fuller in 2001. AIA is an open enrollment charter school serving Houston and East Texas. Students are given the benefits of a private school education free of charge. AIA does all it can to make sure that each child learns. By providing built-in extended day hours, children are given the opportunity to get extra help if they need it.
Mission Statement
The primary mission of A I A is to provide students with the necessary tools to guide them to become productive citizens through a stimulating and challenging curriculum.
Through problem solving instruction presented in a multi-cultural environment, students will become literate, self-disciplined, and confident citizens within their school and community.
